About Melanie...

Massachusetts born; New Hampshire resident, Chef Melanie has spent decades working in professional kitchens as well as in the healthcare industry. Her approach is always with the freshest ingredients as possible and strives to give you a unique and colorful culinary experience. She is a devoted volunteer for the NH Food Bank’s Steel Chef Challenge event and other events throughout the year.  Around New Hampshire, you may have already seen her carving work at special events as donations to the community.

Global cuisines are some of her most favorite dishes to create as well as creating unique flavor profiles to bring something special and unique to the plate. Cuisines such as Asian, Italian, Persian/Middle-Eastern, Fusion, and New American come to the forefront as well as her fruit/vegetables carvings, and the occasional confection. With her “Food Acquisition Expert” husband, George, there is something very special to expect. Melanie and George reside in southern New Hampshire, and have one adult daughter.

Small business is in the works, so stay tuned for updates!
