INGREDIENTS: 1/2 C Soy Sauce (Tamari for GF) 1/2 C Rice Vinegar 1/2 C Ginko Sake or Raspberry Sake (can use fresh pineapple juice instead) 2 Scallions, finely chopped 2 TB Ginger, finely minced 1 TB Sesame Oil
1 TB Garlic, finely minced
Prepare your measured/chopped ingredients into an airtight plastic jar or glass container and shake vigorously. Refrigerate overnight for optimal flavor! *Options: crushed red pepper, gochugaru flakes, sriracha if you are looking for a little heat.
