Well, we are nearing certain goals being completed. Had a very productive meeting with the kitchen owner today that gave some good updates about the kitchen, about where we are at. I just learned that for the kitchen's fire inspection, they were approved. That means when it comes time for my inspection, that should be a fairly easy approval right then and there. Up next is to submit a brand new floor plan with my paperwork to the Health Dept. We have a brand new two-door commercial...
