Jalapeno Cheddar Flatbread

North Country Smokehouse has a delicious "Jalapeno cheddar" available that I really wanted to showcase something in the form of an appetizer, a brunch option, even a dinner option. This sausage does have some heat so it is important to slice a small piece, heat it up in a pan and cook this to taste-test. What we end up with is an absolutely delicious flatbread that has a little heat and it bakes up extremely well!

Please check out the North Country Smokehouse for their "Jalapeno Cheddar" sausage for this recipe. They have a large line of high quality meats and other products available.
