About Konky



Massachusetts-born and raised, Melanie is a New Hampshire resident who has spent decades working in professional kitchens and the healthcare industry. Her approach always involves the freshest ingredients, and she strives to give you a deliciously unique and colorful culinary experience. She is also a devoted volunteer Chef for the NH Food Bank's many fundraiser events, including the Steel Chef Challenge. Around New Hampshire, you may have already seen her carving work at special events as donations to the community.

Global cuisines are some of her favorite dishes to create unique flavor profiles that bring something special to the plate. Cuisines such as Persian/Middle-Eastern, Asian, Italian, Fusion, and New American come to the forefront, as well as her fruit/vegetable carvings and occasional confection. With her "Food Acquisition Expert" husband, George, we will bring you something special. Melanie and George reside in southern New Hampshire and have one adult daughter.
