THE LLC HAS ARRIVED!

As of 07/15/2025, the LLC was filed with the State of New Hampshire. Had a slight bump to run over, however, the staff were wonderful in helping me out. The official LLC is due any moment. The EIN for the business is all set.

I spent some time yesterday signing up for food vendors, including visiting Restaurant Depot. That was a very pleasant experience, and I look forward to working with them in the immediate future. Now, I have some of the kitchen-related paperwork left to complete. That may end up being something I take care of later today while I have the day off.

As part of the catering and canopy services side, I managed to make a great connection in Middleton, MA for a scheduled pick-up of Cambro warming/transport boxes. This could not have come at a better time! So, later this afternoon, Ill be venturing back to Massachusetts and picking that equipment up.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, it is that time of year when all of the chili competitions are coming back around. It will be an amazing feeling that Ill be able to jump in on the professional side of competitions and put out a great cook!
