June 20th - International Chili Society Chili Competition in Milton, NH!

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to all of the folks who stepped up (let's face it, someone offers you free shit, you jump on it, right?) and gave me some excellent feedback on Fuego Fusion, Taste of Persia, Mr. Cramer's BBQ Rub, and more! That feedback was coming from homemakers, foodies, pitmasters, fellow chefs, grill enthusiasts, and it was a tremendous help! As of the end of April 2026, I have eight confirmed spice rub blends that have received amazing results from everyone. AND, to add to this, I am wicked excited to share that I am currently holding seven confirmed wins at chili cook-offs here locally in New Hampshire with both Fuego Fusion and Mac's BBQ Spice Rub. Multiple first and second place wins have given me the time needed to perfect my chili recipe enough to hit the big boys' competition. June 20th, Konky's is headed to Milton, NH, where I will be competing in the International Chili Society Cook Off! This is a big-league event where chili masters from around the country will flock to this event and show off their culinary prowess by competing to win placement in the nationals! I will be going in with a traditional Texas Red category entry, and also providing a People's Choice chili offering for the public to vote on. My Texas Red entry will feature Fuego Fusion, and the People's Choice will feature Mac's BBQ Spice Rub.
